1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CourseAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Use of the Service
You may use CourseAI only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for your account, your prompts, and the content you submit or generate through the service.
You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted parts of the platform, or use CourseAI to create unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.
3. AI Output Disclaimer
CourseAI may generate course outlines, lesson content, exercises, explanations, and other material using artificial intelligence. Those outputs can contain mistakes, omissions, outdated information, biased results, or content that is not appropriate for your intended use.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated output before publishing, teaching, sharing, or relying on it. CourseAI does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.
4. Payments and No-Refund Policy
Certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your selected plan or purchase.
All payments are final and non-refundable unless a refund is required by applicable law. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, unused credits, dissatisfaction with AI outputs, accidental purchases, or failure to cancel before renewal.
5. Intellectual Property
CourseAI and its underlying software, branding, design, and service materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain rights you may have in the inputs you submit. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to submit content and to use any generated output.
6. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service or other users, failed to pay fees, or if suspension is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
7. Disclaimers
CourseAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CourseAI and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
